We're underway

In a sure sign of what's to come, both offenses went three and out in their first possessions.
Gotta love the Matt Cassel era. Feel the excitement.

Matt Cassel in the Matt Cassel Era has the same record as your beloved Aaron Rodgers.

Who's got the better numbers? Let's compare: Aaron Rodgers 42 of 60 for 506 yards, four TDs and zero interceptions.
Matt Cassel 21 of 49 for 317 yards, one TD and, just now, his first interception.

See, this is why no other team - in this era or any future era - will have the success of the Patriots (2001-08) ... because it's all about statistics and numbers with other teams. There's only one number that matters with New England - wins.

What, are you in the Bill Belichick fan club or something? Next you'll start speaking in a monotone mumbling phrases like, "It is what it is," and "We made a few more plays than they did."
And don't, DON'T tell me that last year's Patriots weren't about the stats. They were about wins AND setting records.

Yes, but wins were first. With dominating wins come big stats. It's basic math.

And where is your picture? Not that I'm unhappy by not seeing your ugly mug all day.

You mean to tell me you actually believe the Patriots didn't have an agenda to run up the score and break tons of records last year?
That's just naive.

I don't know where my picture is. Must be why no one else is on here but us. People log on to see me.

And by people, you mean your mom.
