The only game I haven't watched yet is, so far, the biggest beat down of the day. UNLV is smoking Kent State 29-8. You usually expect the 8-9 games to be somewhat close. Apparently Kent State didn't get the memo.

Doh! How many people do you think took Kent State (like I did)?
I don't believe I did. But I didn't make a copy of my bracket to take home, so I'm not 100% sure. It's 31-10 now. Apparently I'm not allowed to watch that game, though. I keep getting a message that the game is available locally and, thus, not on DirecTV's Mega March Madness, but the Marquette-Kentucky game is the local broadcast. Call this Beef #2 with DirecTV.
Well done JK. UNLV is actually pretty decent this year. I give them a legitimate shot against Kansas this year, because for some strange reason, everything I pick Kansas to go far in the tourney, they love to foul up in the 2nd round...
Hi Paul, thanks for joining us. Josh and Scott need the support! BTW, I used to be SheilaM but the login I created at work no longer works so I'm back to Anonymous while awaiting an answer from our system manager. In case you didn't already notice, I'm way behind the technological times ... cable TV, desktop computer ... and I'm watching Marquette on a little portable color TV with rabbit ears in the computer room (enjoying analog while I can!)
I think Josh and I have a hate/hate relationship: we hate a lot of the same things and we hate having to make friends with other people so we still talk to each other because we go pretty far back...

10 points at half? 5-23 shooting? ouch...

2 trivia questions:
where is Kent St?
what is their mascot?
Well, without going online and cheating, Kent State is in Ohio, I believe, and they're the Golden Flashes, if I'm not mistaken.
Ohio .... and no idea
What kind of mascot is that? For my money, nothing beats the Stanford Tree. Even Otto the Orange.

Sports-wise, who is Kent State's biggest alum? (not in size, in stature, although he is a big dude).
That still doesn't answer the question about the mascot. Are you trying to make me leave this site to find out? (And is Josh paying you?)
Antonio Gates? (Had some help from my better half on that one)
Sheila, meet my friend Paul Halon. Halon, meet my bosses, Scott and Sheila (aka anonymous).
And no, I'm not paying Paul.
Is the mascot an old guy in an overcoat that has incontinence issues?
Josh gets paid?

That about sums it up. With a dry, cool wit like that, you could be a journalist ... or an action hero.
...with a dry, cool wit like that, maybe YOU'LL be a journalist some day...
Nice burn, Paul. I can see why you and Josh are friends.
