Time to find out how good the A-10 really is

Xavier, the Atlantic 10 frontrunner, is currently losing 9-8 to an terrible Georgia team, and Temple is about to play Michigan State. I've haven't been sold on this conference since Lou Roe was in a UMass jersey, but let's see if the Musketeers can live up to that No. 3 seed.

I agree Georgia isn't great, but how can you say the Bulldogs are terrible after their SEC tournament run? They won, what, four games in three days in two different venues? Come on, give 'em some credit.

At 17-16 (meaning they were 13-16 at one point) Georgia is the lowest seed (No. 14) to play in the NCAA tournament from the SEC. That being said, the tournament committee is beginning to realize its faux pas of leaving Florida out of the tournament, especially after last night's drubbing of San Diego State in the NIT. (Man, that even looks terrible when you write it).

What, NIT? As in the defending national champion Florida Gators are playing in the NIT. How's that taste?

Close, but you botched it ... that's "Two-time defending national chamnpion Florida Gators."

If Florida wins the NIT, can you say they won three straight national titles?
